Specialised Music Sessions

Using the universal language of music to support development and connection

At PALS Preschool, we are proud to offer specialised music sessions once a week as part of our holistic approach to early intervention. These sessions are designed to engage children through rhythm, melody, and movement, using the universal language of music to support development and connection.

Music sessions provide numerous benefits for autistic children, including:

  • Enhancing Communication Skills: Music encourages self-expression, helping children find their voice through singing, humming, or playing instruments.
  • Building Social Skills: Group activities promote turn-taking, active listening, and collaborative play, fostering meaningful interactions with peers.
  • Supporting Emotional Regulation: Music’s rhythm and structure help children manage emotions, offering a calming and predictable experience.
  • Encouraging Motor Development: From clapping to dancing, music activities enhance both fine and gross motor skills in a fun, engaging way.
  • Boosting Cognitive Growth: Learning songs and rhythms stimulates memory, attention, and problem-solving abilities.

Our specialised music sessions are led by experienced professionals who understand the unique needs of autistic children. They create a joyful and supportive space where children can explore, connect, and thrive through the power of music.

At PALS Preschool, these sessions are not just about music — they’re about unlocking potential and building skills for life.

We enroll children aged 3 - 5 years.
