Staff Requirements
- Staff at PALS Preschool must have at least a level 7/8 Degree Qualification which includes: Primary Teaching or Montessori Equivalent, Psychology, Social Care, Early Childcare and Education or a related field.
- Current registration with the Teaching Council of Ireland.
- Experience working with children.
Desirable
Experience working with children with autism and/or a learning disability.
Awareness or skills in ABA, PECS and/or assistive devices.
Students / Interns
We are also happy to take on students who require practical experience as part of their coursework requirements.
